• Recruitment: name, contact details, CV, and other information you provide, if you apply for a role with us.

• Correspondence: information you provide when you correspond with us by phone, email, or post.

We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health, racial or ethnic origin, or religious belief) through the Website, and we ask that you do not submit such information to us unless specifically requested.

5. Who we share your data with

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. As a guide:

• enquiry and correspondence data is retained for 24 months after our last contact with you;
• newsletter sign-up data is retained until you unsubscribe;
• recruitment data is retained for 6 months following the closure of the relevant role, unless you consent to it being held for longer for future opportunities.

• have inaccurate personal data corrected, or incomplete data completed;

• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
